Free Dreaming Farm is a stunning 15-acre rolling hills property featuring a high-end, 3000+ sqft renovated tobacco barn ideal for commercial, film, and photo shoots. To date, the farm has provided creative inspiration for some of country music’s biggest stars, emerging commercial talent, and household name brands. From full-scale television commercials and music video shoots, to album cover artwork and docu-style photo spreads, Free Dreaming Farm offers endless opportunities to make your vision come to life.
Inside the barn sits a 1955 Mansion Model 332 Spartan trailer, renovated and decorated to its original condition, ideal for a stylish prop. Other unique elements include a full lounge set up, bookshelf backdrop, large American flag, and various “vibey” items—like an old record player, vintage radio, old school fan—and various pieces for creating unique looks throughout the space.
Outdoor property features include a greenhouse, two ponds, a forest, an orchard, cattle, and horses. We also have two RV hookup spots on the side of the barn that can be used for movie trailers, crew vans, or tour buses.
For film/TV production, we provide access to our 650 sqft "man cave" complete with a bathroom, kitchen, and plenty of room to store equipment and relax between takes. For an additional fee, we offer a two-bedroom, one-bathroom loft above the main house, which can be used as a green room or changing area for artists/talent. A coffee bar, tea, and filtered water is available for all day shoots. We have several restaurant/catering recommendations as well for productions requiring meals.

Designed by one of Nashville's top interior design firms, the barn boasts a screened-in porch and usable kitchen if needed. We also have a 1955 Mansion Model 332 Spartan trailer which has been renovated/decorated back to its original condition. Currently, the trailer is inside the barn and makes for a fun backdrop or prop.
